Introduce
Ingrid van Tricht and André Blankestijn live and work from their home town of Enkhuizen. Every day they work with clients in their own practice and within GGZ Noord Holland. What they do is characterized by enthusiasm and drive. But above all by their love for the profession and the people they work with.

Ingrid van Tricht
Ingrid van Tricht is working as a system therapist and MGZ-GGZ nurse VO in her own practice and within GGZ Noord Holland Noord. She has been working in the GGZ for 25 years, of which the last 12 years within specialist centers for personality disorders and psychotrauma, among others within the Sinai Center in Amsterdam and GGZ Noord-Holland Noord. Ingrid works with both adults and young adults. She previously worked as a manager of healthcare. She has also been working as a self-employed person at Psygro since 2010. Ingrid is skilled in solution focused therapy (SFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DGT), trauma-focused treatments such as EMDR and NET and as EFT therapist for partner-relationship problems.Button -

Work together
Together they know how to bundle expertise and complement each other with competencies, character and personality. Working together keeps them both sharp and always provides new motivation. Both have been working in the profession for 25 years and that creates peace and confidence with themselves and clients. In case of a suspicion of more complex psychiatric problems such as anxiety and psychotrauma, reference can be made to practices in the region such as ABATE. In addition to assistance, sailing is an important passion. From 2007 to 2015 they have given place to dozens of charter guests on board their sailing yacht De Noorderkroon with which they made trips to Norway, Orkney's, Shetland's, Bear Island and Spitsbergen. André Blankestijn
André Blankestijn, in addition to his work in his own practice as a relationship and family therapist working as a system therapist and MGZ-GGZ nurse VO at GGZ Noord-Holland Noord, where he works in the specialist center for personality disorders and psychotrauma. He previously worked at Altrecht and Arkin within treatment centers for young adults, and anxiety and mood disorders. André is skilled in solution focused therapy (SFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DGT), acceptance and commitment therapy, and partner-relationship problems, especially EFT. Furthermore, he is also trained as a behavioral therapist in EMDR. He was previously manager of care in the nursing and care for the elderly and the practical trainer of the Post-HBO SPV training at Arkin in Amsterdam.Button
